So I'm helping my uncles with a PC problem they have, poor people don't understand a bit in comuters :\
A while ago, the PC stop turning on, only the fans worked.
The PC was taken to a specialist, he sayed the motherboard fails, replaced the MB with the same model, only a new one.
The PC worked perfectly at his place, taken to the house, worked perfectly aswell for a day.
Now when the PC turns on, it freezes just past the "Windows Loading" screen, when it loads up the Login screen or the desktop.
It gets stuck right after getting into that stage, showing a black screen and the mouse (which I cannot move).
Tried booting Windows with Safe Mode, after the messages of loading and stuff, a second and a half of a moving mouse, then freezes exactly as without the Safe Mode.

WTF.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Have you tried a reinstall? It could be somethign to do with the HDD or the graphics cards if it is hanging at boot after a new mobo

I agree. You could try Windows repair first, but most likely a reinstall will work better.
