Everything on IRQ 11 in Win2K! Help!

To my knowledge Win2K has never done this to me before but I just noticed that everything is on IRQ 11. I looked because I was having all sorts of strange problems. How do I make them stop sharing? In Win ME they are all on their own IRQ's. Thanks for any help.
 
My five main devices are sharing irq 9 and after playing with them it really messed it up ,I had to do a format to fix it.Hopefully you wont have to..
