Construction is going on Everywhere (that I live anyway), after hours check out the site. Usually the workers throw the trash on the ground for a few days- It's borderline trespassing, but you gotta do what ya gotta do.

pretty much, but when you whip out the bag w/90 or so orange caps in it, they tend to believe you.
