Every time new users are added to a Private Topic, everyone gets a new thread subscription message?

Every time Kuk adds new people to our private topic Kuk's babe thread!, everyone on the thread access list seems to receive a new "You have been invited to this private topic, click here to view...etc" e-mail.

I have no clue whether you're planning on leaving Private Topics in this version of FT as a feature - but if you do, perhaps you could edit the code that triggers a new e-mail being sent to instead only send e-mails to the list of people newly allowed access to the thread? I suppose as a side affect it would lessen CPU and bandwidth consumption since a much fewer number of people would be funneled e-mails through whatever SMTP server is in use. 🙂
 
Hummm ... nice that you pointed that out. I also found out another bug. Everytime I reply to the thread, my subscription to it is canceled.
 
Actually this is already known and is repeated in at least two threads in forum issues 🙂

We are aware and are putting in an update today.
 
A few other small things I noticed,

How do you see who is allowed (I created one and want to know who I added😕 )?
Also, the search only allows 8 usernames to be displayed (bad when someone you want to talk to has a very short name)
When I click on the Users link it only shows me, do I need to re-add the others every time? Or are they there and if I did add them they would be bothered again?
