Every Bootup I Get "One of Your Disks Needs to be Checked for Consistency"

When I get that warning I usually click a key so I don't have to go through the disk checking time after time and 85 percent of the time the bootup will complete perfectly. Fifteen percent of the time it bootsup to a nonfunctioning black screen. How can I stop it. I have checked my event logs and here is what I got:

In the applications log I got:
WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 1848 for Performance Library RSVP because no value was found in the 009 subkey

WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2022 for Performance Library MSDTC because no value was found in the 009 subkey

WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2136 for Performance Library IAS because no value was found in the 009 subkey

WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2082 for Performance Library ContentIndex because no value was found in the 009 subkey

WMI ADAP was unable to create object index 2106 for Performance Library ContentFilter because no value was found in the 009 subkey

When I checked the system log in the event viewer, I got two errors.
One was that the driver was configured with an incorrect interrupt for
device\SCSI\Sparrow2. Yes, I manually installed an old adaptec SCSI 1502 driver because
it is not plug and play but there were no conficts in device manager.

The other error in the systems event viewer was:

The value named There was no Announce in the server's Registry key LanmanServer\Parameters was invalid. The value was ignored, and processing continued.
