Evergreen Technology CPU Upgrades

I was thinking about upgrading my slow moving 850 Mhz computer by going with a Evergreen Technology upgrade to a 1.1 Ghz CPU. They're a little expensive, but I still have to wonder if their upgrades are compatible with XP and whether their without problems?
