+ or - 5% is "normal" for most PSU's. What does it read under full load? The only accurate way to tell what the PSU is really outputting is to use a multimeter.

my read exactly the same, you would need a voltmeter to measure accurately, the sensors are not very precise.

sometimes when it hits full load (superpi), i see the 5v drop to 4.97, but i havnt seen any changes with the 12v

Thing slook well within specs.

I know with my PSU I have no fluctuation even under laod!
