Evercase 300W and AMD?

Am considering buying a system for a relatvie from Newegg parts. I currently use the EVERCASE E4252WEF5 for myself, but replaced the 300 watter with a quiet enermax whisper PS. Anyone using the stock PS with an AMD chip? I'll use it for a 1700+ and only the HD and CDRW.

yes, I'm using one with a 1600xp.....seems to be fine with floppy/ hd / cdrw
