Ever wonder why mornings are so fresh?

Ever wonder why it's fresh after a rainstorm? Same thing, except there is more humidity/water etc. in the air opposed to early mornings with no rain. The reason for them being so 'fresh' is because condensation occurs, water in the air is now on everything else so all that pollution or what ever is gone, making it smell and feel fresh and clean. I'd say after a rain is usually better.
