Actually, the dude did have a rubber stamp some years ago that you could stamp on your money, and the T-men actually did pay him a visit and ask him to stop selling the stamps.

I did think that post was rather HARSH concidering it was a small stamp, and not even done by ME, the fact that (I Guess) it was sarcasm, makes more sence...
