Geez... I'm sure some of the fumes some of those things release are pretty poisonous...

I microwaved my cell phone once, since it dropped like 10+ calls a day and everytime I took it to the Sprint store they said "There's nothing wrong with it" or some BS answer, so I just took a little extra step to make sure there would be something wrong with it the next time I brought it in.

I want someone to microwave one of those energy-saving compact fluorescent light bulbs.

That should be pretty sweet.

I accidentally put an alum foil inside a microwave.... i thought the whole thing was gonna explode!

A couple were posted before here.... Great stuff. I have a microwave in my physics classroom, just for doing fun stuff like that. I also get rid of that nonsensical idea about metal being bad to put in a microwave. (My microwave is an older one that is completely lined with metal.)

Oh, and the grape:
I believe the best explanation I've heard is that it acts as a sort of dipole antenna.
