some companies make you take a drug test before filing worker's comp to make sure you aren't liable, so check your company's policies on claiming comp before you make a case (that is if you fret a drug test)

they dont make you take a drug test, but I would pee clean even if they did. I have an appointment with a lawyer about a different issue tomorow, I will ask him what I should do.
