did a best buy employee do this to you while trying to load it in your car?

BTW P.A.s should be able to diagnose that.

Yeah, how's the poor TV. ;)

LOL...the sad thing is that I finished putting it out on display. I did this while I was working today. I stayed on for a couple hours after I did it until my foot was throbbing so bad I couldnt take it any more.

You should have seen my pinky after I smashed it between two 65lb. dumbbells. It was fatter than my thumb.

All I can say is that it's monster Monday at Senor Loco's (i.e. 40oz bottles of bud, bud lt, miller lite for $3.50). Should mix well with prescription medication.:D:beer:

Pretty sure you have to be injured on the job.

If you did it at work, they had better have a nice desk job for you. If there is nothing for you to do, comp will have to pay for your time off.

Tv, and beers:D:beer:

If you were injured ON the job, At the job, you can get all your medical bills covered, and most of the time they will cover your time off.

I don't know about lost commision.

Was it a glass tube or projection? Our 36" tube TV was one heavy piece of work. If it was a tube, I definately feel for your foot.

God I love America!!!!

really though, I was unboxing the tv and this annoying girl that works with us was bothering me. I was lifting it out of the box when she came up behind me and grabbed the side of the box. I guess she was trying to help but it threw me off balance and I dropped the thing on my foot. I move these tv's all the time. I know how to lift them. I dont know how to lift them with someone knocking it off balance.

i was working at walmart years ago and two- 35inch CTR tv's fell on my head due another employee's fault. I got paid for the time at the hospital, they covered my med bills and i was paid for all the time scheduled.

some companies make you take a drug test before filing worker's comp to make sure you aren't liable, so check your company's policies on claiming comp before you make a case (that is if you fret a drug test)
