lol. This is the decision from an appeal, and they're considering appealing it even higher. They must really want this kid bad.

If the dog is locked in a car and i'm 30ft away... sure i'd do it. Not only would I bark, i'd taunt it too.

i'd hope the cop who owns the dog saw you doing it, and let him out after you.
