I suppose you could consider this somewhat of a plug, but its more of a request for peoples opinions.

Me and a few friends run a site, and we develop online text based games. Similar to those games you used to play on BBS's back in the day (like LORD, BRE, Usurper) and other online games of today (Earth 2025, Utopia, Canon).

We are looking for opinions of people on what they think of our games, what we could possibly improve, or what we could do in general to not only help the popularity of the games, but also our user base on our forums. We have a very small community, but a dedicated one, and we are looking to improve it.

We have developed 2 different games right now, Shattered Empires and ASH. Shattered Empires Classic (SEC) is one of the oldest and most advanced web-strategy games available on the internet today. You take control over every aspect of your nation, from top-secret research and customizable units to establishing colonies and conquering enemies. SEC is more of an advanced game, and can be somewhat difficult to learn at the start. We have good people over there that will help you out when you ask though.

The other game is ASH, and its more designed for the person new to this type of game. Its very easy to play, yet still fun. Its probably one of the more simple games out there, but we designed it on the premise that the more people we could teach and get interested in online gaming the better. The game is still fun for not only the new player but the experienced veteran as well.

All I'm asking is for a little bit of your time to come to our site, look around, maybe try one of the games and possibly post in our forums with what you thought of it, what you would like to see, and overall how impressed you were. I really hope some of you try the games, you never know if you might get addicted or not.

Anyways, thanks for taking the time to read this, and we look forward to seeing you over at Bluewand Entertainment!!!!

I've played ASH for a couple days but I never quite got the hang of it. I'll check the site out though.
