happens occaisionally to me

I was just in bed trying to get some rest, and then suddenly, with my eyes still open, I was trying to sit up but it felt like there was this tremendous force pushing me back down. The whole time I was shaking uncontrollably and my head felt like it was going to explode and the whole time I was awake. no illegal sustances involved.

I think it may be a case of spontaneous temporary psychosis. I dunno, you give me a better explanation

You should feel an intense itching, burning sensation along with a clumpy white nasty discharge and the smell of beer or bread.

ooo sleep paralisis turns up similar sounding descriptions too

is sleep paralisis and sleep tremors the same thing? for me it's usually a sort of combination of being unable to move major muscles, and others (particularly in my head/face) seizing violently

sleep paralysis usually has no shaking involved; but does fit completely otherwise.

yea, don't worry, it's just witch sitting on your chest, you'll be fine... as long as your not like that one guy that died from it, but that's very rare.

i suggest you take some melatonin before going to sleep. 1mg should be a good amount. don't take to much or you'll have freaky dreams... well, unless you want freakey dreams

edit:
the bit about your head is conserning, you should talk to a doc.
