Ever since my cousin installed Visual Studio 6 onto our computer, I keep getting these stupid pop ups

Like, for a webpage, if the web page has errors, it'll pop up and ask if I want to debug it. I click no, but yet it still pops up. Anyone know how to stop this?

in IE, Tools > Internet Options, Advacned tab, browsing section, check "disable script debugging"
