Ever showed a non-net coworker something "classic" on the net?

I introduced one of my friends at work to BOFH yesterday. She's not a techie, but she's been doing end-user support for one of our applications so she gets the "bash the user" mentality that makes it so funny. :)

It's a good feeling to share the net's little treasures, once in a while.

no.

but sometimes a non-net coworker will show me something totally OFN (numa numa, bananna dance, all your base are, etc...). I usually just laugh and pretend like I didn't see this 5 years ago.

WTFBBQ is BOFH?

And I generally have non-net coworkers/people showing ME "funny" stuff. I've actually heard numa numa so many fvcking times playing from other people's computers that I once got TOTALLY FVCKING PISSED OFF, ripped out this guy's speakers and threw them across the room after he looped it for a full hour.

I have introduced a few girls to boreme.com, though. One of them is TOTALLY addicted.

Sometimes, but they've not gotten it so often that it's no longer worth the effort.

A joke isn't funny if you have to explain it.

They wouldn't get it. :( And they're all to busy to take a break from work to look at it. The best anyone in my group ever manages in a stretch is <5 minutes consecutive free time. Otherwise, there's something hanging over our heads.
