I own a 1 yr old Quaker Parrot. Overall they are pretty intelligent. He mimics a lot of things and says about 5 different words that sound remarkably good.

I have a blue and gold macaw and a sun conure. The macaw says "yucky" when she needs to poop, "poop" when she is trying and then "good poop!" when she actually goes. Sounds weird, but gives us the chance to get her off our shoulder real fast...
