This is huge on the west side of Cincinnati, though I was always skeptical of the game originating in Ohio. I don't see anything wrong with it as you can pretty much play anywhere without a need for a horseshoe pit. Always funny to see the neighbors take up the entire end of a street to play.

Exactly. You can literally lug your board anywhere and play... indoors or outdoors... no need for sandpits or hammering a stake into the ground.
