Ever play Gunbound?

Gunbound is this little game I found that's in the same boat as the ancient tank wars game. try it. its free and fun. (and buggy and 100mb)

Anyway Its a great game. More people should play it really. Now is someone would recreate Interplays Battlechess I would give away my computer.

True, there are too many foul mouthed youngin's playing it, but I just blow them away...


 
wow...a bit late. when playing, i highly suggest playing with friends. it gets boring really fast alone. you play w/ no-lifers and e-thugs and nerds and so forth. it's quite terrible. that being said, i still have GB installed. sometimes my friends and i play for old time's sake.
 
When ll' (buddy from WSU) came down to visit me we played it for probably 48 hours, in ~14 hour blocks. Teamwork is way easier when you're in the same room. Yeah, it's addictive, but so's Doom3, FarCry, Tribes, Deus Ex, etc. etc. I usually play it on my laptop when I go on trips, since the lappy isn't very powerful.

yes, definitely play with friends. I always get pissed off when I team with some douchebags that doesn't play with any strategies.
Another good thing about gb is that unlike fps games where you have to put constant attention, you can do other thing while playing it.
 
Theres a new revision of gunbound out, It is now Gunbound : world champions.

Now there are even more noobs and immmature kids playing. Also to mention more players that lack the knowledge of the english language.
