When you have rivers that are showing sand bars and my friend who lives on the river wants to take his boat out. I am sure he is going to wish for rain and claim we needed it when it starts. Especially since for the past 45 days it has rained twice and we live in a tropical climate.

Rain is always welcome to knock dust and pollen out of the air. And that water that you use for watering your lawn... that comes from rain.
