MI to AZ is only 2 1/2 days at about 8 hours each. man up.

Michigan to Arizona is 2000 miles or more. How exactly are you going to drive that in 20 hours? 100mph the entire time with no stops?

I moved from Indiana to Arizona last year. I rented a Uhaul truck and had another driver to help me so we could drive the truck and my car separately. The truck rental, after insurance and gas, cost about $1000 total. We did the drive in a bit over two days, but it was a lot more than 8 hours per day.

Good luck.

Read the fine details of that. Last year I was given $2000 towards my moving expanses to come work for the company. I quit 4 months later (BAD BAD situation). I then had to pay the $2000 back to the company because I hadn't stayed for one year after the move.

suck it up and hire movers.

I'm in the middle of moving, like, 2 miles away and I kinda wish that I had hired movers. it's just a PIA, and my parents are getting kinda b1tchy about it (not understanding that I have one day off of work a week, and a tiny car; it took 4 trips just to move my bed frame).

I did it twice. (1) LA -> Boston (2) Boston -> San Diego. The first time I packed everything well, got some movers for both the car (I definitely wouldn't keep stuff in the car btw when they move it) and my belongings, etc. Can't remember the mover unfortunately. The second time I just sold or gave away everything I had, moved and bought whatever I needed. The latter was way better for me.
