Wow, it works wonders, I need to lift when I'm pissed more often. I started off with benching, I'm struggling at 135(doing it sets of 10, been there for a year and can't get passed it), tonight I did 145 10 times, then 155 7 times, then 145 10 times twice. Then I went into the room with all the non-free weight machines, and consistantly did my reps 3 or 4 notches more than normal, and with the case of leg extensions/curls, 10 notches. Wow....I'm gonna be sore tomorrow lol. btw if those weights seem low, I'm 5'6 and I weigh 130.
