Sometimes I can hear what sounds like liquid being released in the back of my head/neck region. Anyone else experience this? Any idea what it is?

Yes, its happens for a certain group of people who are prone to Migraine headaches.
There are arteries/veins in the back of the neck that constrict and/or relax usually before the onset of a Migraine (or prior of it going away)... When they constrict you can hear the fluid squeezing through the arteries.
Apparently Caffeine has an effect on it, as Migraine headache pills always contain Caffeine and since its related, its part of the dose. If you get that feeling it could also related to any amounts of Caffeine you have (a high dosage might cause it to happen more, etc)
