Yeah, that's what I am thinking of doing.
I have the 4Q Full Tower case so I have the room. Mark's Computer
Right now I have an HEC 350w running the computer, a 300w Generic running an 86w peltier, 3 120mm, and 2 80mm high speed Sunon fans, and 2 60mm 40.1cfm YS Tech screamers on the HS.
When I run either the 120mm or the 80mm fans (even just one) the RPMs drops about 1000 to 7500-7800RPM on the 60mm fans. I can also hear them power/slow down.

I worked out what the Draw was from my +12v line;
86w Peltier - 7.167 Amps
2 80mm - .11 Amps each
3 120mm - .717 Amps each
2 60mm - .6 Amps each

~10.021 Amps Total Draw from the +12V line

And the 300w psu is rated for 12Amps.

I would like to get a 400w generic atx for $24 which will have 15Amps on the +12v line (to run the peltier)
AND get a small 100-175w generic atx (to run the fans) must have at least 4-5Amps on the +12v line

I do not want to get Enermax because they are too expensive.

Will this work?
Have you seen it done?
Think 850+ watts is too much for a home computer? :)
