His music is in Meet Joe Black, Finding Forrester, 50 first dates, and maybe some others...

Meet Joe Black

How embarrassing.. I never saw that movie, only the end waiting for the next show on cable! I swear

Bah. Started out paced well, but in the second half of the movie turned into an unbearable slow-mo tear-jerker. And what's with the sound? Please, if you need to have wisper in the movie, at least make it stand out against all other sounds. I had to turn on subtitles to understand what they were talking about.

The plot is very predictable, and finally, I gave up and turned on 2x play: just couldn't force myself to waste another 30 min waiting for the outcome.

Bradda IZ, as the locals say.

Everyone knows his cover of Somewhere Over the Rainbow

Yeah it's too bad that people haven't heard more of Bruddah IZ's stuff.
He's the Hawaiian Supa Man.

It's sad that when people think of Hawaiian music, people only think of Elvis or twangy slide guitars, when in fact there's a lot of really good local (Hawaiian) talent that don't get recognized. It's called island contemporary and sounds like reggae, but with Hawaiian style.
Here's some bands to check out.

-Three Plus
-Mana'o Company
-Kapena
-Ho'onu'a
-Ekolu

A good site to check out is KCCN FM100
They're a local radio station that streams their broadcast.

Another good station is Island Rhythm 98.5. Too bad they don't broadcast over the internet.

WE LOVE all of them!!!!! its hard to find any music of theirs in Michigan, but we have some. Everytime we go to hawaii we have to listen to the local stations especially i think its 105 DaKine?! The funny thing is... all the songs that were popular this summer are still on the top 10 playlists now!
