Ever hear of InSource Inc.?

I have a resume on Monster.com just hanging out, occassionly companies peek at it but I don't get responses since I set my salary requirements high.

But today I got an email from a InSource Inc. recruiter saying that there was an opportunity in Montoursville, a large town 10 minutes away from where I work now. So I reply an we exchange a few emails... but he won't tell me any details about a "job" via email. Their site does describe what kinds of jobs they recruit for, but doesn't have listings or anything, and Moster.com never alerted me of an available position in Montoursville.

So something feels fishy about this. I guess they do recruiting nationwide - anybody else hear of them or have dealt with them?

Sounds like another recruiter-type company. Or they probably want you to pay a placement fee...like $250 or something.

I'd steer clear or at least be very wary.

Is there anyway to see what companies have reviewed your online resume? Mine has been looked at 41 times but I don't know who has looked at it...

I never saw anything at monster to let you do that.

Searching google I saw at least three different Insource Inc companies.
