Yeah, last year I got a haircut by an old guy with a straight razor, + shave. Never felt so smooooooth.

Yes. It was fun, but I can get a closer shave doing it myself.

Went to college in a small town. Only place to get a cut was the local barber (no "hair salons") Got a couple shaves there, and I'll say a shave with a straight razor will be closer than any electric razor or disposable.

Now my wife cuts my hair. 😀

Yeap, back when I was a little kid and lived in Peru. I studied in a military school and had to have a military harcuit, the barber always used a straight razor. He cut me a couple of times and after he shaved it he used to put alcohol in it to dissinfect, that's when I knew if he had cut me...

Yeah, whenever I'm home I get my haircut (by the same woman who has cut it since I was 8!) and get a good haircut and a shave (with a straight edge) its expensive, but worth it, I got my hair cut off campus here and I literally saw the person outside 5 minutes before I got in the chair drinking a 40 out of a paper bag. I guess you get what you pay for heh.
