Ever get so mentally tired that your muscles hurt?

Over the past week, I've been working 8-5:30 at my normal job, and then doing volunteer work on computers from 7 until at least 11. Both take a lot of mental work, but very little physical work. I've been averaging 6 hours of sleep a night, too. However, I'm at the point where my legs ache.

Now, last year at school, I went one week averaging 3 hours of sleep. However, I felt a lot better then, then I do now? Is it because I'm under more pressure? At school, I only affected my self, now at work, and my volunteer stuff, I'm part of a team.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Most folks need at least 8 hours of sleep.

physical pain being one of the symptoms of lack of sleep.

Sitting all day long could also cause your legs to ache. Take breaks at least once every hour or two and walk around a little.

I do, at least once an hour, often much more often.
