Maybe I missed something in the "rules" and maybe not.
I don't see how the topic was offensive or unprofessional. If fact, there wasn't any use of offensive language and for me the tread was educational especially with the last reply that made it in.

So... AnandTech Moderator. If there was a problem, please explain what it was so that I may correct my future actions. I'd really like to understand your logic here...

I think it's partially a CYA thing for AT. God forbid someone give you or anyone else bad medical advice that you were to then act upon.

moderators use "judgement", some mods are particularly opposed to sex related/bodily function related threads

Because most sex-related discussions rapidly degenerate into Beavis and Butthead mode. If people didn't troll the thread and answered maturely, the mods probably wouldn't care.

Well, I see you point and I suppose it's a valid one, but if people didn't feed the trolls then it wouldn't be an issure. At any rate, that's not the virtual reality we live in here so I suppose your right.

Yeah, I probably should have posted this there. If I knew how to/had rights to move a thread I would.

I think this one needs to die though. I've gotten some answers that make sense so this thread has already outlived it's purpose.

K, in order to answer your question. Anything that involves a sexual question has a 85% chance of being locked due to the presence of minors that read this forum
