Ever get a case of impossible twist-offs???

I mean literally a case of them....an 18-pack of MGD, that is

These caps have all been tough to twist off, I finally ran up against one that almost took skin off my hand, had to resort to pliers

WTH is up with this?!?

Um, you could just use a can opener and pry the cap, or you could do the thingie against the counter.

No, no, I used to open jars for Grandma

And I've opened LOTS of twist-off bottles....but never like these

If you have a good, hard counter top, place the lip of the cap on top of the edge, with the rest of the bottle hanging under the counter. Ball your other hand into a fist and hit the bottle cap. Works everytime for me when I need to open real beer bottles.

Your other option is to grow callouses, but that involves real physical work, which I guess you arent into.

Let me guess. The first 6 or 7 were easy to get off then it got harder after that?
