Ever filled out one of those crazy personality tests for a job?

Filled out an almost 200 question one the other day for a job. Crazy stuff on there.

Would you rather read in your spare time or work on a model airplane?

At the end my head hurt and I had no idea whether or not I now qualified for the job.

I remember filling out one of those question things for a job at Wal-Mart or Target right after high school.
There were at least 5 questions pertaining to if I smoked pot, and did other drugs.

The consensus we arrived at in my psychology test is that personality tests are bunk.

I took one when my parents wer etrying to send my to psychologists because they thought i had ADD. Totally retarded btw, all they test is whether your stupid enough to not just tell them what they want to hear. I mean I DO hate my mother but I said I didn't and stuff like that, just put down what they want to hear, if its multiple choice then that means you have no opportunity to qualify your responses which means they don't know if you hate your mother because she was abusive, or because you are a hatfull person etc...

lol I actually thought that after looking at the question for 30 sec

I eventually surmised it could be an indicator of multiple personalities.
