Feel like my head's going to explode and wanna smash something against a wall. It can be an apple, orange, a TV, porcelein vase, a roach, anything. Anything just to relieve the stress. Got boss up my butt about petty things, broke up with g/f, grandparent had a stroke and the other has cancer, no sleep from worrying, just want. to. smash! Who's with me today?
 
Maybe a kitten? I used to get angry like that, but I have found that it is easier to just say "Meh... oh well." and carry on.

Go to the gym and burn it off. Our bodies aren't meant to be so lethargicly inactive. Pscyhological/Emotional stress manifests itself into physical tension. If you don't relieve the tension, you go into depression.

I used to be like that all the time man. Go For it. What am I saying used to? I took my keyboard and broke it in half with my hands last sunday.....

Good idea. I'll do some heavy bench pressing and take it out, or a ton of pushups.
