Ever experienced something like this?

anybody knows what a ccApp program is?
reason why i ask is my computer is acting wierd lately
both norton anti virus program and the norotn internet security won't show on the task bar
and computer becomes real slow...
what i notice is everytime when i shut down my computer there must be a box saying
Ending ccApp Program
then the computer will shut down...i dunno what a ccApp program is
how come the computer needs to force it to end before my computer shuts down?
what is the problem there?
also windosw update keeps staying a 0% when trying to scan for updates
pls advise

ive been getting the same thing lately on my laptop. But I reformatted and now its gone.
