Actually, I'm less comfortable driving without a seatbelt than with a seatbelt. I feel a lot less secure when I don't wear a seatbelt, so I ALWAYS wear mine. It was a habit I started in drivers ed, and now I can't not wear a seatbelt when I'm in the car.

we have a 1959 Triumph TR3a.. no seatbelts.. in canada it's called the 'grandfather's clause' dont know if it applies to the US though.

Back seats of small cars, yes, you are crammed in there so it makes sense, I don't buckle up in the back of my friends mustang.

But driving my car, I always buckle, it isn't fun to slide across the leather seat while taking a corner at 45 mph...
