Negative, although people sometimes tell my fiancee that she should model. Obviously I agree with them, but at the same time I'm kinda glad she isn't one, since I'm greedy like that :)

I have a friend who is a very small-time model. I think the difference between her and me is that when I geek out, it usually involves electricity and circuits, when she does it, it involves fabrics and precious stones. Not all that different otherwise.

I dated a former model (she was no longer modeling when I started dating her). She was actually really down to earth in a lot of ways but definitely had a lot of issues. However, I think the issues probably stemmed more from her divorce than her modeling career. She ended the career when her manager/agent insisted she do nudes. She refused and got out of the modeling business. She showed me a few of the pictures. Very nice. :)

How so?

Clarify, model or super-model?

Model yes, a few. Not really different, sometimes hypercritical of other people.

Supermodel, no. Who would want to anyways?

Friend in college dated one.... he never made a big deal out of it.

It's kinda like asking if you know anyone famous....yes...who cares.

Dated Kaila Yu (import model) back when I was in HS for a short while. But that was before she was a model.

Edit: same as dating anyone else, just because they are models doesn't mean they're HOT.

not surprising considering she was cheap, flashy and not a good choice for a long term relationship.

Yeah... she was a model when she was like 13..
she was a freak.. but I don't think it had anything to do with her modeling.
