If so, how the fuck do you get rid of the fuckin' stalker? This girl has been stalking me for the past 2 years now. It's annoying as hell.

Backstory:
Last saw her in 1999 after High School. Girl found me on facebook and added me. Talked to her for a bit then this one time she wanted to talk on the phone because she was depressed and etc. and needed someone to talk to. I called her using my cell, which was the biggest mistake in my life.

I thought I got rid of her but she's back!!!!!!

Yes I have been stalked. This does not sound serious enough to warrant legal action though. Another thing is it can be prevented. If there is not one part of you that does not want this then you will figure a way to stop it. Most people don't and it will continue.

As long as it does not ruin someone's life by wrecking a family with kids, etc. there is probably no real danger or harm done.
