It's like dropping concentrated red food coloring in a petri dish. After some time and diffusion, all of the water isn't red, but not clear either, it's pink. So I'm assuming people will be tan/middle eastern looking.

Maybe eventually, sure... the genes will be just that much more spread out. But we'd be talking about tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands of years I would think.

It will be a long, long time before we all have the same skin color... If ever, there will most likely always be localized geneologies.
