Event ID 28 - WMI Service

the event was the pc restarted while away, the event id 28 showed up in event viewer, i checked the event id 28 and microsoft stated it was 'WMI Service Availability', i printed the instructions, downloaded and run the utility and saved the report.

i just finished running MS OCA in extended mode [6 hrs] that finnished with no errors.

can the WMI service be rebuilt ?
