I remember several years ago there was a big OT vs DC rivalry going on, DC people were always recruiting in OT, and OT people were getting mad, blah blah, then the mods actually had to make a "rule" that DC could only post a recruiting thread once a month. Im not sure if the rule is still enforced, i havent hung out in DC since early 2001, i dont think its as big as it was back then
