So I didn't realize that my Eve account was going to auto-renew. I had stopped playing it and got a notice that I had been billed. It was a long shot, but I emailed customer support and asked for a refund since I wasn't playing it.

To my surprise, they're issuing me a refund. They totally didn't have to, but they did. It's nice to see a company do something like that, so I'm spreading the word. CCP has built some goodwill with me.

Anyone else have any good customer service stories from any company?
