WTF are you talking about? Evanescence ROCKS live. I think they put on a terrific live show, and their CD is great as well.

i heard Nintendo (yes, Nintendo) is collaborating with Evanescene (with a group name Coors?) for a US Tour starting in Los Angeles on August 4.

I wonder would they be dishing out Gamecubes games on stage and cause a massive geek-mashpit....
 
they have sold over 2 million Cd's since March

weekly sales are consistently over 50K , they have only dropped out of the top ten sales one week since release, they were #11 3-4 weeks ago , i think the week metallica release St Anger or something

they are touring hard this summer, if sales continue at > 50K/wk during the summer touring season, they should hit triple platnium easy, maybe 4-5 million by the end of the year/when they head to the studio to make a "sophmore" release

pretty darn good for rookies

and i always wonder what CD people listened to when they say "LP with a chick" , BMTL is the only track that sounds like LP IMO

Nintendo is putting on this tour, and Coors is sponsering some of the dates as well. The band Cold will be joining Evanescence on some of the dates.

And its the only track i like, and they dont perform it with 12 stones live so its no good then 😱 worst concert evar.

oh yesss, saw them on jay leno few days ago, omfg she cant sing!
 
the two times they have been on the tonight show haven't been any where close to what i saw at the live show here in KC

i think TV is different than real concerts
 
i never hear anything about them. then again, i don't watch much tv or listen to much radio.

but yes, i do like them.
and yes, there are too many of these threads 😛

Tv performances do seem different from real concerts, but i still think they suck. Her voice seems clouded, as if she constantly has phlegm in her throat. And "rock" isn't the appropriate word. 🙂
