So for some reason I bought a bottle of Evan Williams Honey Reserve a month or so ago and since then have not touched it. It's much too syrupy-sweet for general consumption so I'm trying to figure out if I should dump it or use it in something. My first thought was that it might make a good steak marinade when mixed with something asian possibly? I seem to remember seeing a honey hoisin pre made marinade at a grocery store sometime... Anyway, I'm curious if anyone here can recommend good food or drink recipes to use this stuff for. Thanks!
