2) I'd be wary. Assuming she's not widowed, it could indicate that she has poor judgement (or is a poor judge of character). I'd definitely want to know the situation that led to her divorce. Hell, if she's a widow, I'd want to know how her husband died 🙂

3, 4) Doubtful. Her having a kid automatically means you'll never be higher than second on her priority list. And if she ever puts your interests/needs above those of her kid(s), she's definitely one to stay away from. It means a loss of some spontaniety since she'll need to make arrangements for a sitter.

 
I'm 36, so the likelihood of finding a single girl who's never married and is without kids is diminishing. However, the benefits to this age group are largely twofold: The sheer stupidity and immaturity of younger women is largely gone, and women in their 30s really start to hit their stride in terms of sex drive and raw freakiness 😀
