When applying for a personalized license plate, make sure you explain to the clerk how you want "I GRIFT". Otherwise, things could get awkward.

I went to the DMV to inquire about a personalized tag.

Homer, after becoming a grifter gets his clunker.......pimped out and he has a custom license plate that says "I GRIFT"

She was looking at me funny. 🙁
 
why the fvck do you say 'tag' in place of plate... a tag is a small plastic thing attached to dogs, not a 6x12" sharp metal object

Because TAGS can refer to a a paper temporary 🙂

Additionally when you hear things quoted in dealer ads they're referred to as + TTT or tax, tag, title
