Mathematically 0 = 00, but when it comes to women's clothing there's 0, 00, etc..
Kind of like how there's D cups but no E, or F..just D, DD, etc.

I know quite a number of size 0 and 00s -- remember, too, that there is a "standard" size 0 and then there are 3 million garments that say size 0 on them so some whale will pay more for them 
What the hell is 00? I thought it was like "16 D" etc.. Aniston has some awesome breasts and i want to have sexual intercourse with her.

Yep. My girl is a 0 and there are a lot of "0" clothes that are too big.
I wish they would just size women cloths like mens, if you are a 32 you are a 32. But all the fattys want to feel good about themself so a 2 is really a 4 and a 6 is really a 8 etc... in a lot of womens cloths.

It probably depends more on the cut of the outfit than the actual size.
And I wouldn't classify someone who wore a size 4 or 8 as a "fatty".
