if even half the things AMD alleges are true then they are doing tons of things that are illegal under EU precedents

(EU antitrust is that when you get big enough you distort competition due to your presence, so things that were acceptable when you weren't dominant [which is an undefined term] are then unacceptable. michelin was slapped with a competition law fine in the netherlands because it had a good sales force, patents, know-how, and good customer service)
