Europe Travel Question - Flight from Munich to Derby?

Anyone have an idea where I can find a flight from Munich to Derby?

I've been following this guide --> http://www.rudymaxa.com/article.php?ArticleID=90 however can't find what I need on those sites. If anyone knows where I should be looking please let me know, it'll really help a lot. Taking trains will be about 10-11 hours to complete and I'd rather find a plane instead of spending a day travelling.
 
I take it you mean Derby in England, yes?

If so, I would have thought that you could fly into Heathrow or Gatwick from Munich, and then from there to Derby. There's definitely not a direct flight though.
