Look at tiebreaker (2) and (3). The way I interpret those, if (2) is tied, (3) would automatically be tied as well.
For example, if I beat you 4-2 at home and I lose 2-0 away, then (2) would be tied (no superior goal difference). However, this also implies that (3) is tied (we both scored 4 goals).
What do they mean?
